Q: I have 5 different types of caps. Do I need 5 separate machines?
A: Not necessarily. If the caps are similar in size and shape, simple adjustments may be sufficient. If they differ significantly, we design quick-change part kits (Change Parts) that allow the machine to be converted when needed. The most efficient solution, however, is a dedicated machine for each cap type.

Q: What happens if an upside-down cap passes through the sorting system?
A: Our sorting systems are designed with multiple rejection stages to ensure high reliability. In addition, we always recommend installing a simple sensor on the discharge track to verify cap orientation and alert in case of errors.

Q: How does the system handle plastic dust from the caps?
A: In sensitive industries such as pharma, we integrate an ionized air cleaning system and a gentle vacuum unit on the discharge track. These systems remove dust and foreign particles from the cap just before it reaches the bottle.
