A compact and efficient vertical conveying system, designed to elevate a wide variety of bulk products reliably and gently. Our Z-conveyor is fully customized to your product, throughput, and space constraints, ensuring a continuous and even flow to weighers, packaging machines, or mixers. With an emphasis on smart engineering, gentle product handling, and ease of cleaning, it's the ideal solution for optimizing your production line.

Common Applications:

  • Food Industry: Feeding multihead weighers with snacks, cereals, legumes, and frozen vegetables.

  • Pharma & Chemicals: Elevating tablets, capsules, or plastic granules into containers or packaging machines.

  • Electronics: Conveying small and delicate components between assembly stages at different heights.

  • Defense: Elevating components such as bullets or shells during the production process.

  • Agriculture: Conveying seeds, grains, and kernels.

How to Specify Your Needs:

  1. Product: What is the product? What are its size, shape, bulk density, and is it fragile or sticky?

  2. Required Throughput: What is the quantity of product to be conveyed? (kg/h or m³/h).

  3. Geometry: What is the required lift height? What are the lengths of the horizontal infeed and discharge sections?

  4. Cleaning Requirements: How often does the conveyor need to be cleaned? Is quick disassembly required?

  5. Integration: Which machine is the conveyor feeding into?

More Information

  1. Q: What is the maximum possible incline angle? A: The angle is entirely product-dependent. With certain products and tall, high-frequency cleats, we can achieve angles of 60-75 degrees. For round or unstable products, we use a gentler angle to prevent rollback.
  2. Q: What's the difference between a Z-conveyor and a bucket elevator? A: A Z-conveyor provides a continuous flow and is often gentler on fragile products. A bucket elevator is suitable for true vertical (90-degree) elevation and very high throughputs but can be more aggressive on the product.
  3. Q: How do you ensure the product doesn't get damaged? A: We specifically tailor the belt material, cleat shape and height, and conveyor speed to the product. For instance, for delicate items, we might use flexible or scooped cleats and a relatively low speed.
  4. Q: Can you add a cover to the conveyor? A: Absolutely. We fabricate clear polycarbonate or solid stainless steel covers to protect the product from dust and external contaminants, and to enhance operator safety.
  5. Q: My current incline conveyor is very hard to clean. How is your solution different? A: We design our conveyors with quick-release belt tensioners, allowing the belt to be lifted or removed in minutes without tools. The frame structure is open with minimal hidden corners, facilitating easy access to all parts.
