Take full control of your product flow with our advanced motorized roller conveyor systems. Based on state-of-the-art 24V DC technology, our solutions provide controlled, quiet, and energy-efficient transport, featuring Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) to prevent product damage and jams. We design and build modular systems customized for packaging lines, distribution centers, and assembly lines in any industry, providing a flexible automation solution that grows with your needs.

Common Applications:

  • Logistics & Packaging (General): Conveyor and accumulation lines for cartons and crates, sortation systems, connection between packaging stations, robots, and carton sealing machines.

  • Manufacturing & Assembly (General): Automated assembly lines where the product moves between stations, conveying pallets and heavy products (with chain-driven version).

  • Food, Pharma, Cosmetics: Conveying cartons and trays in end-of-line packaging areas while maintaining package integrity.

  • Defense: Controlled conveying of heavy boxes and components between production stations.

How to Specify Your Needs:

  1. Product: What are the dimensions and weight of the product/carton?

  2. Throughput: What is the required number of products per hour to be conveyed? What is the required speed?

  3. Process: Is accumulation required? Is merging or diverting of lines necessary?

  4. Control: Should the system interface with a programmable logic controller (PLC)? What is the required level of automation?

 FAQ:

  1. Q: What is Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) and why do I need it? A: ZPA is a technology that allows boxes to queue on the conveyor without touching each other. Each conveyor zone operates independently, activating only when the next zone is clear. This prevents pressure buildup, protects products from being crushed, and ensures a smooth, jam-free flow.
  2. Q: What's the difference between a 24V DC drive and an AC motor with a chain? A: An AC motor with a chain is a traditional, powerful solution, ideal for very heavy loads. A 24V DC Motor Driven Roller (MDR) is a modern technology that is quiet, safe, significantly more energy-efficient, and allows for intelligent, zone-level control. For most case handling applications, MDR is the superior solution.
  3. Q: Is the system safe for operators? A: 24V DC systems are inherently safe due to the low voltage. Complex guarding is often not required. The torque of the motorized rollers is also limited, making it very difficult to get trapped or injured.
  4. Q: How complicated is it to install and expand the system? A: Our systems are designed to be completely modular. Installation is "Plug and Play" with quick connectors, and expanding the system in the future is simple and fast.
  5. Q: Can you transport pallets on a motorized roller conveyor? A: Absolutely. For pallets and other very heavy loads, we use a dedicated heavy-duty version with large diameter rollers, a reinforced frame, and a powerful chain drive system powered by an AC motor.
