• An end-of-line crate and box weighing system is your final quality and logistical checkpoint before a product leaves your facility. We engineer two main types of solutions: high-speed, in-motion Checkweighers for 100% quality control, and static Weighing Stations for capturing precise shipping weights.

A simple missing item in a sealed case can lead to a costly customer complaint. A slightly overweight case, multiplied by thousands of shipments, is a significant financial loss. Our case weighing systems provide the data and control to prevent both. A dynamic checkweigher seamlessly integrates into your conveyor line, weighing every box on the fly and automatically rejecting any that are out of tolerance using a gentle pneumatic pusher. A static weigh station can be used to capture and transmit the exact weight of each case to your Warehouse Management System (WMS), automating your shipping documentation and ensuring accurate billing.

    • Weighing Mode: Dynamic (in-motion) Checkweighing, Static (stop-and-weigh)
    • Throughput: Up to 120+ boxes per minute (dynamic)
    • Capacity: From 1 kg to 100+ kg
    • Reject Mechanism: Pneumatic Pusher, Diverter Arm, Air Blast
    • Connectivity: Integration with barcode scanners, label printers, and factory ERP/WMS systems
    • Certification: Options for Legal-for-Trade (OIML R51) for commercial applications

    • The Box: What are the dimensions (LxWxH) and weight range of your cases?
    • The Goal: Is the main purpose QC (rejecting bad cases) or data capture (for shipping)?
    • The Line: What is the conveyor speed (meters per minute) or throughput (boxes per minute)?
    • The Environment: Is it a dry packaging hall or a wet/washdown environment?
Material option A Frame & Structure: Stainless Steel 304/316L, Painted Carbon Steel
Material option B Conveyor Belt: Food-Grade PU/PVC, Modular Plastic Finish
Finish Industrial grade, Sanitary polished (for food/pharma environments)

  • FAQ -
    • Q1: Why do I need to checkweigh a full case if I already weigh the individual products inside?
    • A1: The case checkweigher is your final quality gatekeeper. It verifies the integrity of the entire package. It is the only way to automatically detect errors like a missing bottle in a 6-pack, a leaking container that has lost weight, or a forgotten instruction manual, all of which would be missed by upstream checks.
    • Q2: What's the difference between a dynamic checkweigher and just putting a scale in my conveyor line?
    • A2: A dynamic checkweigher is an integrated system designed to weigh accurately while the box is in motion. It includes special conveyor sections and advanced filtering to get a stable reading in a fraction of a second. A simple scale requires the line to stop for every weighment, making it much slower and unsuitable for most automated lines.
    • Q3: How does the reject mechanism work without causing a major pile-up on the line?
    • A3: The entire system is designed for smooth flow. The reject device (e.g., a pneumatic pusher) is timed precisely with the conveyor speed. It activates only for a fraction of a second to gently divert the single rejected box onto an adjacent accumulation table or reject conveyor, while the good boxes continue on the main line without interruption.
    • Q4: Can the system print a shipping label with the exact weight on it?
    • A4: Yes. This is a very common application. We integrate the weighing system with a "print and apply" labeler. The scale captures the weight, sends it to the labeler, which immediately prints a unique label with the weight, barcode, and other data, and automatically applies it to the box.
    • Q5: Can a checkweigher also detect metal?
    • A5: Yes, we can provide combination systems. A "combo" unit integrates a metal detector and a checkweigher into a single, compact frame with one user interface. This saves valuable floor space and provides two critical quality checks at a single point in the line.
